Question 1

Who owns my domain and my content?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your domain is registered in your name (or stays where it is if you already own one), and your text, photos, logo and customer data belong to you.

Question 2

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Plans start with a 12-month commitment. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, an early-cancellation fee equal to the full list setup fee ($999) applies. After that, your plan continues month to month and you can cancel any time.

Question 3

Is everything included in one price?

Accepted Answer

No. Your setup fee covers the custom website, your monthly plan covers hosting, support and small updates, and each add-on is priced separately, so you only pay for what you use.

Question 4

Do I need any tech skills?

Accepted Answer

No. We write, design, build and host everything. Small edits are included in your monthly plan.
