Pricing questions
Before you ask…
Who owns my domain and my content?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name (or stays where it is if you already own one), and your text, photos, logo and customer data belong to you. The website platform and add-on tools are provided as a service while your plan is active.
What happens if I cancel?
Plans start with a 12-month commitment. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, an early-cancellation fee equal to the full list setup fee ($999) applies. After that, your plan continues month to month and you can cancel any time. Either way, your domain stays yours and we hand over your content and images.
Is everything included in one price?
No, and that's on purpose. Your setup fee ($999, or $500 for founding clients) covers the custom website. Your monthly plan covers hosting, support and small updates. Each add-on, such as missed-call text-back, booking or the CRM, is priced separately, so you only pay for what you use.
How do payments work?
You pay the setup fee to start, then your monthly plan. You can pay by card through our secure Square checkout or by Interac e-Transfer, and invoices live in your client portal. If you add online payments for your own customers, deposits go straight to your Square account.
